Rick... on my 2007 pregen I upgraded the stock tires to the Pirelli sp demon. There was very noticeable positive difference in the handling for grip and rolling on many different road surfaces. Not so much on the new gen's and the Pirelli sp. demons. I'm thinkin its basically the tire profile... thus a little wider on front and back should give me the contact patch and grippiness I'm more comfortable with. Looks, sure it helps esthetically I agree, but I also want that performance that is not quite there yet. Oh and have a great upcoming weekend!!! I've been remiss in telling you this lately
