Ok I adjusted the forks in the tripple trees and lowered the front 1.5"
I also got the seat back together better it looks a bit worse for the ware but it is functional, and that's what counts ! !

i tightened it all down and then took it off the HF stand and set on it....
OBVIOUSLY i will have to shorten the side stand again by about 2" more as it is way to vertical to trust standing on it's own....
I got on it and found I could flat foot both feet in my slippers ( that I got wet in the snow Augh!) but WOooo HOOO ! I can flat foot it now !
that really surprised me ... it still fills tall to me but that is because I'm SHORT !
it settles quite a bit when I get on it... about 2" I'm guessing but that just means I'll have a soft ride ! HAHAHAH I have no idea if I will have to tighten up the rear in order to keep it from bottoming out yet or not... but I doubt it
