I love my SMH10-11. I like that the speakers and mic are permanently mounted in the helmet, but I can pop the "brain" off if needed. I generally take it with me when I leave my helmet on the bike while in the store or whatever.
I've only ever used it linked to my phones, but it works great for music and GPS (Waze has some voice-activated stuff, but it doesn't seem to be tied into the standard/Siri voice stuff of the iPhone).
