Hope to be fit enough to get back on the bike next week. Stitches are scheduled to come out in three days. Ribs are serviceable and bruises are fading. Jogged today for the first time since. First real big crash on the MTB but have had big ones on the race bike before at the track and I’ll apply the same mentality in the bicycle- slow let and deliberate to get feeling and rhythm back.
