I'll throw another vote for project D. It took about a week to get it, buts truly a no cut install, and completely 100% reversible. It comes with 2 different plate brackets: 1 that is really short and doesn't have any turn signal or plate light mounting spots, and another that is a little longer to accommodate mounting spots for the stock plate light and rear turn signals. Mine took about an hour to install without ever having taken the bike apart before. I ended up using the longer bracket for now until i can order my integrated taillight and led plate light, but as soon as i order those it'll get even shorter.

Where are you in NC? I might be able to help with the install if you need it.
