Wouldn’t the bars still be 7/8ths on both? So couldn’t you just swap all the controls from the 250 bars to the 500 bars and just bolt them to the forks?

Also one guy online used to make risers for the 250, the website is still up and you can place an order and send money, but the parts never show up and there is no response from the site. They are expensive at 100 bucks for aluminum blocks to adjust bar height.
