Buy a headlight, brackets and turn signals from somewhere like Speedmoto or Mike's XS. Aftermarket gauges are available from the same sources.

The quarter fairings are also available from various sources, although sometimes the quality is iffy. A better bet might be a Triumph Thruxton-type flyscreen. Triumph originals are available on eBay, sometimes for less than $100 (new ones go for $300+). Avoid the cheap Amazon.com resin knockoffs. They are heavy and impossible to paint.

Here's a Speedmoto 7" headlight on my Ninja - very bright.
