2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250r, with ~3k miles. Bike had it's carb cleaned and a bunch of work done in the last 6 months by previous owner to restore.
Was running great until I overfilled the gas tank like an idiot and now it won't accelerate past 1/4 throttle, though I can still slowly get it up to speed.
Wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for diagnosis? Might it be a simple fix?
