My local Cycle Gear has great customer service and apparently they truly honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. When I was shopping leather suits, his suggestion to me was to go try one out and bring it back if I don't like it, no questions asked.

They also have great sales during holidays and it's generally % off sales which I prefer over certain items going on sale (I rather have the choice of getting a discount on something I want). They had a 20% off sale last weekend and I got a Shoei RF1100 for $375 (originally $529) and a Dainese jacket for $220. They also mail out discount cards monthly (ie I currently have a 15% off card for one item).

Best thing is I get to try on the gear vs seeing it online.
