Bike Bandit: Good selection of gear, and easy to use filters make it simple to find what you need. (Has lots of parts in addition to gear, and allows you to search by motorcycle.) Really friendly site with cool Q&A feature to get quick feedback on products and live customer service chat. Have a best price guarantee. Nice videos for some products. Near 100% ratings at busines review sites and an AMA supporter. Shipping $7 for orders $20 and under, $9 for orders over $20, no free shipping. Will not reliably ship to military addresses, but provides no information when they can or can't (it depends on the manufacturer, as Bike Bandit usually does not ship themselves.) Because they rely on third parties for their inventory and shipping, they are not as reliable as some. OEM returns are tricky, but for gear, just need to report the return in your online account - you pay shipping. Verdict: Easy place to shop with customer friendly features, only lack of free shipping and lack of control over shipping (including being non-military friendly) keeps them from being one of the top couple of options.
