Clogged jets is what I am thinking as well. Carb cleaner spray and an old toothbrush will do wonders if you can get the carbs off and work on them. Sounds like there is a small piece of debris or hardened (gone bad) fuel that is deposited on them. Depending on the bike, this can happen very quickly.
