My apologies, it's just the gear shifter lever, this is the only piece I'm replacing, it's the bolt that goes in the big hole with a washer



From what I've gathered after talking to Ducati999 and searching google, it's unwillingness to move is most likely a combination of crappy allen key in bike kit + loctite on bolt. So, going to try grabbing an allen key set that has the grippy T style handle for leverage and see if I can pop it that way. If not, I was told heat is the second step.

As for turning direction, I was going by lefty loosey. If that is wrong in this case, I need to know
