I watch lots of track videos to fine-tune my racing. The guys that have come before me are really an inspiration!

It's like mediation for me. I start video and get completely sucked in. I can feel myself doing each shift, hitting every braking marker, apex, accelerate, shift, etc. I count gears like I'm really there, get down timing, feel for where I'm slower, faster, places to improve. I'll look up who's in my class at next race and see if they have videos. Then I follow them around track to figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are and where I can pass them at various tracks. It's way, way better than videogames!
