Good idea to threadlock and torque it! I just bought the bike a few months ago, and was riding around with this bolt hanging out!!! Not gonna do that again. .

That's the one, so it's flanged and may have some type of locking mechanism - which is odd because they vibrate loose. Even if it does, some blue threadlocker isn't going to hurt.
