I have not. All the hoses on my 2005 are in decent shape. I looked at Partzilla, and I see you can get over $100 added up with three of four hoses, so I can see why you're looking for alternatives.
19mm is 3/4". A Google search for "3/4" molded heater hose" turns up a lot of results. One example is this:
