Lamborghinis are road cars meant to drive on well, roads. They have head lights, indicators, bumpers, air bags, they meet emissions requirements all the things that make them legal to drive on roads.
Sure you can't get the most out of them on a road, performance wise but I'd surmise for some owners getting the "most out of them" is being seen going 15mph down a busy street.

a sledge hammer is a hammer meant to pound things into other things. It is a specialized hammer yes that is meant to do particular task.
A lambo is a "street legal" "road car" yes, but it is a performance derived vehicle designed for performance driving not to haul groceries through town, or to go over a speed bump for that matter.
