worst i've hit is a bug that covered green goo over the left side of my helmet which was really bad since my left eye is the good one, at 20/20 with the right being at 20/60 (I really need to get a pair of glasses that don't fog up... legally i'm not required to wear glasses while operating a motor vehicle)
