Is there a way to search for posts from a given From/To range?

"A Year Ago" and older is too broad since the site has been in existence for 6 (?) years.

For what I'd like, the date isn't really important, mostly the month and year. So like "Jan 2011" to "Jan 2012" or "Sept 2009" to "Nov 2009"

Inquiring minds want to know! (At least, this inquiring mind.)
