Yes, and it made installation that much easier. I could actually attach the pods to the throttle body and tighten everything down
then install it all as one piece.
Longest part for me was actually installing the fuel pump mounting bracket mainly because the fastener alignment was a little off and they wouldn't thread. Fuel pump ended up on a bracket right over the rear shock.
