dunno, not sure if it would or not. I never had the air box in when i put the shock in so i can't remember where the airbox starts and stops. Just wanted to throw the thought out there that it might not fit with stock air box as i have no idea so do your homework before you buy

plus that preload adjuster is moveable. I just left it bolted to the shock. you could relocate it onto the frame somewhere back there more accessible and you would not have to trim as much off the back
