Yeah, it looked pretty beat up for just "tipped over while parked". Maybe it fell off truck while loading/unloading?
Boo! Called guy up Sat. morning to confirm and he sold it day before!!! Too bad, seems like a good deal for track bike as I'd be removing beat-up parts anyway. Did worry a bit about not-locking part; figured it was ignition that was damaged.
Oh well, I've got automated Craigslist searched going. Might look into eBay as well.
