Glad you're okay and healing with a good attitude of getting back on a bike. This makes me think I need to convince my wife to raise her bike up some. I lowered it 4" for her because like you she is short(fun sized - 5'1"). On my ZX10 I can barely touch but I like the twisties!!! Good luck on healing and maybe you can move into the new 300 if you decide to get another bike??? It is fuel injected and much improved over the 250. Something to think about while you heal...
