Ryam, sore feet, ankles, shins, knees, thighs, back, arms, wrists and hands. I think alot of it has to do with #1 the day before I was out on the boat all day and #2 improper form.
Dragging is strange. Instead of trying to drag I just kept going faster and faster. It naturally makes you drag your knee. It's odd having your face only a couple of inches from the asphalt at 40-50mph though. Focus, focus, focus.
