So I went ahead and tore into it to get the turn signals working....
I pulled the head light fairing off and got to the winker-relay and pulled it off and wiped the blades with my fingers and it looked fine so I put it back on and tried the turn signals and they started working ! so that was a easy fix... just a bad connection ! so I just hit the switch with WD40 and that made a big difference on how the switch moved.... i didn't realize it was so gummed up!
but now after squirting the switches good everything seems to be working better! ...
I don't think that guy lubricated ANYTHING on that bike ! EVER !
