better if you have an oscilloscope but, hook the multimeter up to it on voltage and crank it. see if you get voltage readings from the pulser coil while it cranks.

you tested the coils how? just ohms check? did you check for voltage going into the coils?

if you are getting power to the coils, check the engine ground toward the back near the starter motor. if the case isnt grounded properly it obviously wont spark
