LOL.... the throttle cable is real easy to bind up when turning the handle bars
it has to be routed just right.... Keep at it you'll get it !
yah you'll have to pull the tank off to get at the cable under it ... I had to put mine outside of the steel loop holder to get it to stop pulling when I turned the handlebars all the way to the stop... the cable is so short it makes it hard to do
....but you can do it ! messing with the carbs won't help when the cable is being pulled get that right first then mess with the carbs.
....
LOL... having the rear wheel on the ground will really help in adjusting the clutch HAHAHAHAHA
