Use the spring rate calculator here to calculate your ideal spring rate:http://racetech.com/ProductSearch/2/...250R/1986-2007

If you're not a featherweight like me , your options are either find springs from racetech that match the spring rate they suggest, or you can hunt around and research spring rates from other bikes and use those OEM parts instead. Using springs from other bikes will likely be cheaper (think Ebay) but I'm not sure.

Sonic Springs has better prices than Racetech http://www.sonicsprings.com/catalog/...613659093b5d0a
