I've been doing a little reading and I've found that some riders are going up on the tires sizes on there rear tires ... but they rarely tell of the riding factors.
keep in mind I'm on a 2006 with a 130/80-16 currently. I was thinking of going to 140/80-16 if this is acceptable...

But first I want to know :
Has anyone here done that?
Is it safe?
Does it raise the seat height?
Does it affect the ride at all?
Or is this another BS mod to make people feel like there bike is 'BIGGER'?

All thoughts welcome ...
