Windscreen situation is questionable, as the flyscreens definitely don't match a touring bike, but I absolutely love my Triumph Thruxton R with dual comfort seat and passenger pegs (passenger parts cost extra. I know...). It is a bit heavier than a sport bike, but has a nice suspension set up and handles really well. The main thing though, it just looks amazing.
Can probably find a used 2016-2017 in the price range.
