Speaking as someone serving their country overseas, I might suggest that if they really want to help out folks in the military, they might try NOT BLOCKING non-U.S. web addresses! Heck, they could give a 100% discount to people serving overseas and it wouldn't matter much since we can't access the freakin site. (Well, I suppose we could use secure U.S. IP address we have access to, but some of us actually have to work from work.)
