I would say @ less than 15mph, one would be fine. You should scrub enough speed and not travel far enough for locking to cause a spill. Now going 25-30mph can have different results. I know that from experience.
If you have not I would also suggest reading this and other articles on this site. This may give more insight and also provide other exercises to practice.
