I have had this exact problem with my LED kit (that PO installed). Everytime it has been when a wire comes off the little white bars under the seat - I believe they are the flasher relays. I have to take the electrical tape off, refasten the single wire and boom they all work again.
At first I didn't know I had flashers going the whole way home when I was turning...
