But, yeah, I would never "confront while riding." Today in American there are way too many people absolutely on the very edge of exploding (hate the traffic, hate their job, hate their spouse, hate the country, hate you).

I thought of that too, but I think you are better off stopping to help the injured rider than trying to catch the car.
You'd think that Mazda might have passed the video car at some point that would allow the plate to be read.
Looks like Attempted Murder, or something like that, to me.
