Hi Nick,
if you're looking for more braking power then the caliper is the way to go, with the following order: Brembo, Nissin and long after that Tokico.
The floating calipers are to say it in an easy way: a little bit of better crap...
The bigger rotor is better more or less only for cooling purpose (or for optic as long you don't change your caliper for more power in braking).
