you could do that but the reason there is two to get two different streams pretty close to the head but putting them that close might fry them. I would ask matt. Maybe you can wrap them in header wrap but idk if that would help with the readings..... just keep them from baking.

Just ask Matt, I know he was really specific where he wanted us to mount them. Not to far down the stream where they wouldnt heat up correctly or fast enough. Too close would probably ruin them.
