Eh to be dead honest with you, I think that truly depends on the rider. In most cases, no, I don't think someone will religiously keep it under x rpms, however a responsible new rider will likely have the self control to keep their speed and acceleration in check most of the time.
The mic produces clear audio even at freeway speeds but it makes my voice sound unnatural compared to real life... I guess that's just how it works. Oh and for the record I still really want a 250 (well more a 300 now, you know more power
) and I'm gonna put my moms honda metropolitan scooter up for sale/trade for a ninjette so if I'm lucky I'll end up with one in the coming months
