The closed-down hospital they've been showing all season wasn't actually Grady Memorial in Atlanta, it was the old Newnan Hospital West (formerly Piedmont formerly Peachtree Regional formerly Humana Hospital). Newnan Hospital only bought that place because they were obstructing their attempts to build a new hospital, which has since been built replacing both for a few years now. It was the perfect set. Most of Terminus was filmed in Newnan too. Even when they were primarily filming in Senoia (season 2 farmhouse, season 3 Woodbury) they often filmed here (Otis/Shane at Newnan High School).
