In the slow motion cut at the end of the vid, it looks like he looses it directly after going over the crack in the road. There's also a small white-ish patch on the road too. Could be oil.

He doesn't say much in his vid description, but there is one hint:

So it started raining during his ride. If it hadn't rained for days prior, the road surface could be very slippy. I definitely wouldn't take a roundabout like that at 30mph if it had only just started raining after days of dry weather.
(shut-up rojo - I know you could take it at 60mph, in the rain after a drought :P )

The only other thing I can think of, is he may have been stiff on the bars or jerky on the throttle.
