The carbs are clean and installed. She lives!
I had to use a funnel as a mini-tank because the fuel tank still has water in it, but she runs and shifts perfectly. The carbs weren't as dirty as I expected.
I pulled and replaced the plugs and the old ones didn't look as clean as I expected them to. The bike has 28k miles on it. Hmmmm...
New oil, an oil filter, and an air filter are next.
