I keep all carb & emissions stuff bone-stock on street bikes. Don't like loud exhausts on bikes, so keep factory exhausts. So no need to modify carbs in any way to match modified exhaust.
On race-bike, I do remove emissions for weight-savings. Also modified exhaust changes air-flow-pattern, so there's minor changes in carbs. Mostly leaning out mixtures for more power.
