Well, there can be more than one leak. Thoroughly clean outside of engine; so clean you can eat off it. Completely dry with hairdryer. Get strong flashlight and mirror-on-a-stick.

1. Unbolt fairing from tank and LOOK at where bolts would puncture tank. Is there a hole on either side? Is there gasoline pouring out?

2. Look at puddle of gasoline on ground. Look upwards from centre of puddle. Do you see gas dripping down into puddle? Use flashlight and mirror to trace path of drip upwards. Is it falling onto top of exhaust and wrapping around as it drips?

Use a dye and fluorescent blacklight to find path of gas from inside tank to the ground. https://www.walmart.com/ip/TRACERLIN...71620/46243614
