Based on my CrossFit workout this morning, I'd be interested to see if I could pull off the salmon ladder now. I managed 23 straight pull-ups at the start of our Filthy 50s rotation. The wall-balls in the middle were pretty brutal, especially after 50 push-presses. Now if I can just manage to be good with my diet this weekend...
