Really cool project! I just have a couple of questions for you. Will you be putting a smaller dia, higher ratio rear sprocket to compensate for the smaller rear tires? The 250 has a lowish top speed and cutting the tire size by more than 50% will cause the trike to top out at apprx 50mph. Second where are you planning on mounting the radiator? I only ask based on the location of your over flow catch, looks like it is planned to be behind the seat. Not criticizing just wondering if the seat will limit airflow and cooling. Finally, have you considered a basic limited slip rear to keep drive and braking forces to both tires while still allowing the rear tires to turn independently? PM me should you be interested in my design idea. You would not have to change much of what you have already built.
