Yesterday helped Rabies cut and reweld the back end of his 250. I cut a piece of a bicycle seat post (5/8" tubing) and notched it to reinforce the upper portion of the back of the frame, and welded it in. The rear lower bar was cut, bent upwards, notched and welded to the rear upper bar of the frame, and the back 6" was cut partway, and bent upwards and welded so it was straight. Everything was done with a hacksaw, 3" cutoff wheel and just eyeballing it.
I'm waiting on a new frame for my 250 so I can transfer parts to it so I can license and title it and start riding so I can get my license. Currently I only have a permit.
