I can assure you, you will not regret it. i am 6'5" got a 2011 ninja 250. ride it comfortably everywhere and the only comments I've heard is how good and big my bike looks...and it is bone stock. You just have to remember its a bike not a cage

I'm 36 inch inseam too and i dont have any problems at all with the bike.
