actually hwy 28 which starts in augusta goes all way to deals gap motorcycle lodge. most of the trip is on the carolina side. i will try that one day too. i have heard its crazy packed with riders on the weekend, hopefully friday will be good. plan on leaving around 0400.
hwy 28 it quite old and covers 3 states, georgia, south&north carolina
