All of the pics in that gallery can be linked freely on this site; that's how the portal and splash pages work anyway. When you are in the gallery, there is a control at the bottom of the pics on the left that says 1/128 (or whatever number of pages is appropriate for your size screen). Click it, and you can scroll to whatever page you like; the last page has the latest pics that have been loaded.

Other than that, no shortcuts to find any specific pics. I download/upload the ones that catch my eye to put them in the gallery; that's it.
