I was going by the BMV website acceptable documents list. My full legal name is not on my driver license and even though it's on my social security card, the only thing they take your social security card as proof of is your social security number. That's why I have the issue of not only proving I was born here, but full legal name.

For all the things they want proof of, I have the card they gave me when I changed my address (proof of address), and my social security card (social security number). For the proof of full legal name and that I was born here, I'm just going to have to order my certificate and wait for it in the mail.
