For all the things they want proof of, I have the card they gave me when I changed my address (proof of address), and my social security card (social security number). For the proof of full legal name and that I was born here, I'm just going to have to order my certificate and wait for it in the mail.

Gotcha. If I were you, I’d just call and explain your situation and maybe they will still be able to help you out. Couldn’t hurt to ask. And if worst comes to worst, then just wait for your birth certificate to arrive and take it from there.
