Thank you all for your support! Really. I was kinda at a loss when I got home because I had no one to talk to or go to so you guys saying all this means a lot..

CRXTrek and Kkim, yes I was thinking about getting an aftermarket exhaust. I'm taking it to the dealership tomorrow and getting them to assess the damage. After I have that in hand I was going to call her and see if she wanted to settle without involving the insurance companies. She already told me she'd pay for it no matter what the cost and she accepted for being at fault.. Not that that matters because it's just her word that she gave me, but at least she bothered to say something like that at all.
